Since 1996, Griffin Brothers Companies has focused its efforts on buying and developing property for single family neighborhoods and commercial mixed-use projects. Larry Griffin, Jr. is responsible for the daily operations of this division. He is a licensed Real Estate broker in North and South Carolina and a licensed General Contractor. Below are some of the projects we have either developed or co-developed.

Griffin Brothers Tire Sales: Developed in 1991. 12,500 square foot build to suit tire and automotive store with 12 bays, showroom and offices. Directions: Located at 19141 West Catawba Ave., Cornelius, NC

Sterling Point: Developed in 1991. Consist of 69 lots. 34 waterfront lots and 35 waterview lots. All lots have a deeded boat slip in one of three community areas. Other amenities include a neighborhood park. Directions: Located off Highway 73W, one-half mile north of Sam Furr Road in Huntersville, NC.

Griffin Brothers Tire Sales: Developed in 1993. 11,500 square foot build to suit tire and automotive store with 10 bays, showroom and offices. Directions: Located at 8040 North Tryon St., Charlotte, NC

Waterside Landing: Developed in 1996. Consist of 44 single-family homes-36 off-water with eight waterfront lots. Niblock Builders contracted all lots and built the project. Directions: Located off Langtree Road in Iredell County, NC

Waterside Crossing: Development began in 1997 and is ongoing. Waterside Crossing is a mixed-use project consisting of 326 acres with commercial outparcels, a retail center, medical park and office parcels. The residential side consists of 134 townhomes and 424 single-family lots. Orleans Builders built the townhomes. Niblock Homes is building the single-family neighborhood called "The Gates". Directions: Located at the intersection of Hwy. 16 & Hwy 73 in Lincoln County, NC
